To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Final Sale Items

Please note, coffee (grounds, beans, and pods), subscribe & save orders, Coffee Club orders, sale items, items that ship direct from the manufacturer and items made on-demand are marked FINAL SALE. These products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please carefully review all product details, including the product's shipping & returns description and all sizing information prior to purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to submit a return request?

To submit a return request, please send an email to support@bestcoffeeandtea.com  with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. The product(s) you wish to return
  3. A brief summary of your reason for return
  4. If you wish to return this product for a full refund, exchange, or store credit

If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✓ The cost of return shipping is $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted automatically from your refund. No refunds on shipping fees.

✓ Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

✓ We reserve the right to limit returns and to track returns initiated from the same customers or shipping addresses. If we believe that a customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny returns to any customer.
